
Loving Kindness {Metta} Meditation
Loving Kindness, or Metta Meditation, is a meditation technique brought to us from Eastern Buddhism. This is a practice to cultivate self-love and compassion towards all beings. This meditation will begin by grounding into the practice then moving through the traditional sequence of sending love to ourselves, to friends, loved ones, and eventually to all beings on Earth.
